Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy - 25th April 2025

Please allow 1-2 days  to process your order on Pre Made Korowai only and other items. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your order if you are purchasing a korowai that is not Pre Made.  Expect an order confirmation email within 1-5 minutes of your order and another email when your order is on its way!

 

Orders can be picked up by arrangement and or appointment.

 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within New Zealand.  If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for  local delivery. If you live at a rural address please select Rural Delivery. Or you may not receive your order.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking  information.

Our New Zealand orders are all shipped on overnight courier via NZ Post. If living in main cities, it is expected you will receive your parcel the next day, however certain parts of New Zealand it may take 1-3 days.  

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout based on size and weight.

 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, United Kingdom, Unites States of America, Canada, China, Japan, France.  For any other countries please message us. We have a standard flat rate of $75.00 for international orders.
